Nach \u00fcber zehn Jahren in der internationalen medizinischen Forschung zur Aufkl\u00e4rung von Krankheitsmechanismen widmete sich Kirsten Tangemann dem Aufbau und Management eines Business Inkubators (Science Park Graz GmbH<\/em>) f\u00fcr die drei Grazer Universit\u00e4ten, um mit Forscher_innen wissenschaftliche Ergebnisse in funktionierende Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle zu gie\u00dfen und Gr\u00fcnder_innen beim Aufbau ihrer Start-up Unternehmen zu unterst\u00fctzen. Im Jahr 2008 gr\u00fcndete sie mit Partnern die Quadris Consulting GmbH.[\/vc_column_text]

Bei ihren Projekten steht die erzielte Wirkung im Mittelpunkt. Als Ashoka-Coach (Ashoka<\/em><\/a> ist ein weltweites Netzwerk zur F\u00f6rderung von Sozialunternehmertum) ist es ihr ein besonderes Anliegen, dass Wissenschaft und Technik mit L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr gesellschaftliche Probleme im Dienste des Menschen wirken.
